Monica Ross – Founder
As the founder and President of Virtual Bookkeeping, Monica Ross has vast experience working for diverse small- and medium-sized businesses and independent contractors. She’s highly skilled in all bookkeeping procedures and familiar with bookkeeping software, such as ACCPAC, QuickBooks and MYOB; and she’s a QuickBooks Pro Advisor. Monica also specializes in working with couples on their personal finances, making her a favourite amongst psychologists, counsellors, coaches and consultants.
While this single mom/entrepreneur with a big heart loves bookkeeping, she especially loves to partner with her clients to help them enhance their lives and grow their businesses. She explained: “I know the freedom that comes from that kind of success!”

Sharlene Ward – Office Manager
Sharlene Ward is a seasoned bookkeeper with advanced knowledge of Simply Accounting and QuickBooks. Her specialties include office management, payroll and bookkeeping. She is also proficient with Microsoft Access and Excel. Sharlene has experience with a variety of clients in different industries and is known for being timely and accurate.
Debbie Kehoe – Bookkeeper
Debbie has owned her own bookkeeping service for several years, working with clients from various industries and needs. She’s experienced in Simply Accounting and QuickBooks, and proficient in Excel.She enjoys problem solving and enjoys taking your bookkeeping problems off clients’ hands so they can spend valuable time running their businesses. Her work is consistently accurate and completed on time.
Jessica Murray – Budgeting Manager
Jessica earned her diploma in Business Accounting at the Centre For Distance Education, located in Sydney, Nova-Scotia. Her duties at Virtual Bookkeeping include monitoring budgets, bookkeeping procedures and preparing period and costs statements via QuickBooks. Jessica values strong relationships with her clients and is dedicated to meeting all accounting needs.
Lauren Brownlee – Bookkeeper
Lauren Brownlee completed the Accounting and Payroll program at New Brunswick Community College Moncton Campus and began work at Virtual Bookkeeping shortly after. Lauren currently maintains books for small to medium businesses across Canada and the US. Her duties include financial reporting, sending invoices and weekly billing for businesses with large client bases. Lauren strives to present all information as clearly as possible in a timely manner.
