My husband and I have been working with Monica for over five years now. It not only was a significant part of saving our marriage, but gave us a purposeful consistent time each week to devote to managing our budget. How many people can they actually do that? It allows for you to use the funds that you have to do what you actually want, instead of Asking yourself at the end of the month “where did all my money go?” Monica is in charge of both of our business books. She uses QuickBooks to log all of our expenses and income, and provides our tax documentation. My husband has a business and I have a business. She then also manages our weekly budget, which is a very unique service that I cannot find anywhere else. She walks with us through where  to transfer what, to pay bills, save and have a reasonable amount of spending. She allows for us to use our credit card, but coaches us to pay them off every single month. She does allow us to use the debit card (despite her preference), but also encourags cash as that has proven even from our perspective to be the most effective way to stay within budget.  If you’re thinking that you can’t afford her services, the reality is she saves you that much money plus more. Monica and her team effectively started me on good budgeting habits, which I have now maintained for several years. There is a great peace of mind knowing she is there to keep me on track, week after week and year after year. Virtual bookkeeping has really changed our lives and helped to put the value back in money. In a world of  'everybody can afford anything' it helps to put value back into daily living. It provides accountability to your spending habits. Monica and her team have helped me tremendously, both personally and professionally, for over a decade now.  Her money coaching has helped me budget for the first time in my life. Now, instead of my money slipping through my fingers in some mysterious way, I now feel in control of my cash flow. Consequently, I now have more cash in the bank that I ever had before. Her team manages my business bookkeeping as well and their competency and friendly approach takes away the stress that comes with running a busy psychotherapy practice. Monica and her team at Virtual keeping have been supporting me for over ten years now, both with my personal and business finances and reporting. Thanks to them I am one of the only people I know who is intimately aware of money coming and going out, and on top of my reports and accounts, and have zero stress when tax season comes around. I was in true financial distress when we started working together, and they have helped me clear mountains of debt over the years and take back control of my financial security. I have felt so much more secure and less anxious having them support me through the years. I have been working with Monica and her team for several years now.  I have bought and sold a townhouse/condo a new car and many other things.  Kathy keeps me in line 🙂  I have found a lot more financial freedom. have learned to save for life's issue and emergencies but also vacations.  I am so happy I am working with this team and will continue to do so for my future retirement.
