I’ve been working with Monica and her team for over 15 years.
She is very detailed oriented, kind, knows exactly what you need to be doing to help you budget and understand your money.

Budgeting has always been an issue for me growing up, but Monica has been able to help me through it all. Looking forward to our next weekly meeting.

This is perfect for people like me who don’t understand budgeting and saving.

Monica has been helping us be more accountable to our spend and helping us put money away in savings - a feat with growing children! She is clear, concise and helps to keep us moving forward in our financial journey.  It was always a trigger topic in our home, and now it's easy to have conversations about what is going where and how things are moving around. My husband and I have been working with Monica for over five years now. It not only was a significant part of saving our marriage, but gave us a purposeful consistent time each week to devote to managing our budget. How many people can they actually do that? It allows for you to use the funds that you have to do what you actually want, instead of Asking yourself at the end of the month “where did all my money go?” Monica is in charge of both of our business books. She uses QuickBooks to log all of our expenses and income, and provides our tax documentation. My husband has a business and I have a business. She then also manages our weekly budget, which is a very unique service that I cannot find anywhere else. She walks with us through where  to transfer what, to pay bills, save and have a reasonable amount of spending. She allows for us to use our credit card, but coaches us to pay them off every single month. She does allow us to use the debit card (despite her preference), but also encourags cash as that has proven even from our perspective to be the most effective way to stay within budget.  If you’re thinking that you can’t afford her services, the reality is she saves you that much money plus more. I know everyone’s situation is different, but for us this service has truly been a game changer for our businesses and our relationship. No harm in trying it out!!

Monica and her team effectively started me on good budgeting habits, which I have now maintained for several years. There is a great peace of mind knowing she is there to keep me on track, week after week and year after year. Virtual bookkeeping has really changed our lives and helped to put the value back in money. In a world of  'everybody can afford anything' it helps to put value back into daily living. It provides accountability to your spending habits. It has also given us the confidence to move on things without second guessing them, for example an electric car and moving to a larger property.
